These products are delivered in accordance with the shipping policy of Spreadshirt Inc. or Spreadshirt Print On Demand GmbH at https://www.spreadshop.com/helpcenter/checkouts-in-your-shop/shipping-times-and-costs/. The terms and conditions of Spreadshirt Inc. or Spreadshirt Print on Demand GmbH shall apply in the event of damage to your order of the named items during delivery.
GENERALLY
Order Processing means the amount of time it takes us to prepare your order for shipping. After your order is placed, please allow 4-5 business days to process your order. Business days are Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on Belgian holidays and weekends. Orders received after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day. All expedited orders require a street address. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We will send you an email as soon as your order is on the way with all the details.
In case we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Items that are on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available. If this means a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY SHIPPING (BELGIUM)
Transit time means the amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
- Local Delivery: Local delivery is available for addresses within 20 km of our shop located at 6672 Ourthe, Belgium. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders received on business days until 5pm will be delivered every Saturday from 1-4 PM. Orders placed outside of this timeframe will be delivered the week after. An email will be sent when your order is ready for delivery.
- Pick-up: Orders can be picked up at 74A Ourthe, 6672 Gouvy, Belgium each Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
- Domestic Shipping: All orders for which the local delivery or pick-up option was not selected will be shipped through Bpost within 1-3 business days after we finished processing your order at a cost of 3,99.-€. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SHIPPING
Transit time means the amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Shipping is available to the following destinations under the following conditions:

Standard delivery is free for orders with a total value of over 60,00.-€.
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items. Shipping costs do not include duty tax, or brokerage fee, which may be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
An order consisting of several items will only be shipped internationally when all ordered items are in-stock to eliminate a second shipping charge.
PROBLEMS WHILE DELIVERY AND RETURN
Lost, stolen or wrongly delivered packages while delivery: If your package has not been delivered within 7 days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date, reach out to us at shop@scarsonlouise.band (with the proof of purchase). We will work with the shipping carrier to verify the delivery status. Furthermore, additional documentation (such as a police report) may be required to process your claim.
If the investigation confirms that your package was lost or stolen, we will, at our discretion, offer you a replacement or refund (including standard delivery charges) through store credit. Please note that Scars on Louise and ROKET MUSIC are not liable for packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
Lost or stolen packages while return: If you choose to return an item using your own shipping method, you are responsible for ensuring that the package is sent with a trackable and, if possible, insured service. In these cases, any loss or theft during transit is your responsibility, and we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
If you return an item using a prepaid return label provided by our company, we assume responsibility for the package while it is in transit to our facility. Should the package be lost or stolen under these circumstances, please reach us at shop@scarsonlouise.band so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier and resolve the issue appropriately.
Regardless of the shipping method, please retain all shipping receipts and tracking information until your return has been confirmed and your refund or replacement processed. We recommend using a shipping service that offers both tracking and insurance to safeguard your return.
